Consultant, Safety Services

About the role

CoralPoint is looking for a Consultant to join its Safety Services team, operating from one of its offices in the UK, Denmark or Germany. You will provide expert occupational health and safety advice, support managers and teams, and help embed a strong safety culture across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional health and safety advice and respond to enquiries from managers and staff.
• Implement and maintain health and safety policies, procedures and systems in line with legislation and regulatory updates.
• Conduct audits, inspections and investigations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout project life cycles.
• Build collaborative relationships with site, project, client and internal teams.
• Advise on design safety regulations, including UK CDM.
• Support accident, incident and near‑miss investigations.
• Lead or contribute to health and safety training, workshops and coaching sessions.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and performance reports for client engagements.
• Participate in health and safety meetings and steering groups to share best practice.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and standards.
• Experience engaging with multidisciplinary teams and senior managers.
• Ability to interpret and apply design safety regulations such as CDM.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to sustainability and climate‑focused initiatives.
