Contracts Manager – Commercial & Industrial Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial and industrial refurbishment contracts ranging from £5,000 to £1 million. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement construction phase plans.
• Develop and manage detailed construction programmes.
• Maintain proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Liaise with Site Managers and Supervisors to coordinate daily operations.
• Manage subcontractor and client relationships.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance in collaboration with site teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial refurbishment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial construction processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Full UK driving licence.
