About the role
We are seeking a Conversational AI Consultant to join a leading customer experience and contact‑centre solutions provider. Working remotely from the United Kingdom, you will help organisations design, develop and deploy AI‑driven voice and digital assistants that improve engagement and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement omni‑channel conversational AI solutions using platforms such as Cognigy, Omilia OCP or Ultimate AI.
- Create dialogue flows, conduct user testing and hand over functional solutions to clients.
- Analyse platform data to measure ROI and provide actionable business insights.
- Develop proactive AI agents that anticipate customer needs across voice, chat and multimodal channels.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable and customer‑focused deployments.
Required profile
- Proven experience with conversational AI platforms and contact‑centre transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of CX technologies such as Zendesk, Amazon Connect, NICE or Calabrio.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language for stakeholders.
- Eligibility for SC Clearance or similar security clearance.
