Conveyancing Lawyer – Property Law Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Conveyancing Lawyer with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join a top‑tier legal firm near Stansted. The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied and busy caseload from instruction through to post‑completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages and equity releases.
• Process transfers of equity, Right to Buy, shared‑ownership schemes and lease extensions.
• Advise clients on buying and selling residential properties, drafting contracts, lock‑out agreements and property transfer documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Proven ability to manage multiple conveyancing matters simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and client‑focused communication.
