Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Derby office. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional capable of managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and training.
• Handle client enquiries, build strong relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives to grow the Derby Conveyancing department.

Required profile

• Strong experience across all areas of residential conveyancing.
• Confidence working independently and delivering excellent client service.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to support departmental growth.
• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (or equivalent).
