About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase’s Asset Servicing team in London as a Corporate Actions Processing Senior Associate. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring corporate actions are captured, communicated, and settled accurately and on time, directly influencing the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process corporate actions across the full lifecycle, from announcement capture through elections and payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution in line with procedures, controls, and deadlines.
• Track, obtain, and submit corporate action election responses with a focus on completeness and timeliness.
• Monitor and resolve daily control checks and exceptions, investigating cash and stock breaks, claims, and related operational issues.
• Liaise with agent banks and custodians to improve processing outcomes and client experience.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including risk and client‑facing teams, to provide proactive support and escalation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, system migrations, and process change initiatives.
• Contribute to team initiatives, process improvement meetings, and maintain strong team communication rhythms.

Required profile

• Full lifecycle corporate actions processing knowledge.
• Working knowledge of corporate actions and income accounting entries.
• Control‑focused mindset with ability to complete daily checks consistently.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to resolve operational issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of complex topics.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior partners.
• Experience supporting investment operations processes such as trade support, cash, or related functions.
