Corporate Associate – Legal Team

About the role

Join a leading UK Top 100 law firm’s specialist corporate team in Guildford. The team is recognised in the Legal 500 for delivering high‑quality advice to entrepreneurs and mid‑market enterprises across a broad spectrum of corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage your own caseload on corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder/board advisory matters.
• Assist partners on complex, high‑value transactions and provide strategic corporate governance advice.
• Draft and review transaction documents, conduct due diligence, and liaise with clients throughout the deal process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of corporate law developments and contribute to the team’s thought leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law within a reputable private practice firm.
• Strong technical understanding of corporate law and related regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior lawyers.
