Corporate Broker - General Insurance

About the role

Everywhen, the UK-based broking and advisory arm of the Ardonagh Group, is hiring a Corporate Broker for its General Insurance team in Leeds (West Village). The role suits someone who enjoys customer service or sales and wants to build strong relationships with clients. It is a hybrid position, open Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Support a designated client portfolio and act as the first point of contact for those clients
• Build strong relationships and support clients with their queries as they arise

Required profile

• Experience in the insurance industry is essential
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and willing to learn, with curiosity
• Confidence working with clients on the phone and face to face; customer service experience is important
• Team player with a positive, collaborative outlook and resilience to change
• Honesty and integrity, given the regulated nature of the business
