Corporate Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE – Up to £70,000 (Hybrid)

About the role

An ambitious corporate solicitor with at least two years of post‑qualification experience is needed to join a leading, award‑winning national law firm in Leeds. The role offers exposure to high‑quality corporate transactions for both UK and international clients within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced lawyers advising UK and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Manage a varied corporate caseload including private equity deals, joint ventures, strategic investments, corporate reorganisations, restructurings, and business sales and acquisitions.
• Develop client relationships and technical expertise while receiving mentorship from senior colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience gained in a recognised national or regional law firm.
• Exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound technical ability.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Proactive, ambitious approach to career development and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
