About the role

Join a leading national accountancy and advisory firm as a Corporate Tax Director, working on some of the most complex corporate tax matters while maintaining high‑quality client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of large, complex corporate clients and ensure delivery of top‑tier tax services.
• Provide technical expertise across international tax, Pillar Two, tax governance, compliance reviews and tax audit support.
• Collaborate with partners and senior stakeholders on high‑risk tax projects and risk‑management assignments.
• Build trusted, strategic adviser relationships with clients and identify value‑adding opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing tax team, driving technical growth and exceptional service.

Required profile

• CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant corporate tax experience within practice, managing large and complex client portfolios.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax, with exposure to international tax, compliance governance or Pillar Two.
• Proven track record of leading teams, developing client relationships and delivering commercially focused solutions.
