About the role
PKF Littlejohn is seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax Manager to join its growing Corporate Tax team. You will work closely with senior managers, directors and partners to deliver high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review corporation tax returns electronically with minimal supervision.
- Support senior team members on transactional work such as de‑mergers, restructurings, acquisitions and disposals.
- Liaise with audit and accounting teams to coordinate delivery timetables.
- Manage client deadlines and ensure timely delivery of tax services.
- Assist in the development and supervision of junior staff.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience reviewing straightforward corporation tax returns independently.
- Ability to identify issues that require escalation or further guidance.
- Proactive, confident and able to work within a team‑oriented environment.
