Cost Manager – Senior Cost Manager (MEP)

About the role

RLB is expanding its Cost Management Engineering Services team and is looking for Assistant, Cost and Senior Cost Managers to lead major MEP replacement and infrastructure projects in London. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from early design through to delivery, providing commercial insight and technical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of complex MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Provide robust MEP cost planning, procurement and commercial management advice.
• Drive project programmes, manage stakeholder interfaces and support critical decision‑making.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial and delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and design teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Chartered or working towards MRICS (or equivalent) qualification.
• Experience in a consultancy or contractor role with a focus on MEP systems.
• Proven ability to prioritize workloads and meet project deadlines.
