About the role

Academics is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to deliver classroom continuity in secondary schools across Sevenoaks. This temporary supply position offers graduates, career changers and experienced staff the chance to gain hands‑on teaching experience while enjoying day‑to‑day flexibility.

Key responsibilities

Lead classes during teacher absence, following lesson plans and school policies.
Ensure students complete assigned work and understand key concepts.
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Uphold school behaviour expectations and safety standards.
