About the role

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as Cover Supervisors, HLTAs, recent graduates or aspiring teachers across schools in South East England. These roles offer flexible, part‑time or contract assignments that allow you to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting teachers and students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver set lessons to classes ranging from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
• Assist classroom teachers with learning activities and resources.
• Manage pupil behaviour and maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
• Adapt to different subjects and year groups as required.
• Build rapport with students and become an integral part of the school community.

Required profile

• Experienced Cover Supervisors or qualified HLTAs.
• Recent graduates or individuals planning to enter teacher training.
• Strong communication and behaviour‑management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and passionate about student success.
