Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Aylesbury)

About the role
We are seeking Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in Aylesbury on a flexible, as‑needed basis. The role starts as soon as possible or from September 2026, offering a daily rate of £120 paid weekly.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Ensure pupils stay on task and complete the work set by the teacher.
- Maintain classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Build quick rapport with students across a range of subjects.
Required profile
- Valid up‑to‑date DBS check or enrolment on the DBS update service.
- Degree holder or previous experience as a cover supervisor/teacher.
- Strong classroom management and firm, fair approach.
