Creator & Affiliate Manager

About the role

You will be the creator engine behind our TikTok Shop clients, finding, signing, briefing and growing creators who build the brand and drive its sales.

Key responsibilities

• Source and vet creators using TikTok Shop tools (Unbox) and SAMY’s Maia.
• Run high‑volume creator outreach, maintain a healthy pipeline and launch affiliate cohorts.
• Manage creator partnerships, negotiate contracts, brief creators and track performance.
• Create briefs, review content against brand guidelines, and manage approvals and posting schedules.
• Operate TikTok Shop affiliate programmes, handle samples, and send monthly brief refreshes.
• Re‑engage or replace inactive creators and reward top sellers with Creative and Paid Media teams.
• Build long‑term creator relationships, run community moments and ensure compliance with ASA, CMA and TikTok Shop.
• Maintain accurate trackers, report weekly on activity and GMV, and contribute to creator commerce playbooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creator marketing and running sales‑driven creator campaigns.
• Experience managing high‑volume creator outreach and tracking conversion rates.
• Strong creative judgement to match premium brands with suitable creators.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop affiliates and affiliate creator programmes.
• Excellent verbal and written English for outreach, briefs, reports and client communications.
