CRM Executive (Hybrid) – London

About the role

This role is based in London on a hybrid basis and focuses on managing and improving the company’s CRM and data assets. You will support multi‑channel campaigns, ensure data quality and provide insights that drive client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage targeted contact lists for email and outreach campaigns.
• Produce client‑ready reports with charts, graphs and data visualisations.
• Maintain and update the central CRM database, guaranteeing data integrity.
• Perform data cleansing and de‑duplication to enhance database performance.
• Support inbox management and resolve user queries related to account setup and access.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely data outputs.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience working with data in a fast‑paced environment.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented approach with excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communicator able to work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, lookups and data manipulation.
• Data cleaning, matching and handling large datasets.
• Experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp (or similar).
