CRM Program Manager

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a dedicated CRM Program Manager to coordinate across CRM Product and Engineering pods, ensuring backlogs, sprints, dependencies and risks are aligned and visible to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a coordinated view of backlogs and sprints across pods and surface status for leadership.
• Maintain a live risk and dependency register (RAID log) and highlight interdependencies.
• Support EMF process with up‑to‑date estimations and manage group‑level initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with other Business Units to keep cross‑BU dependencies on track.
• Attend cross‑pod ceremonies, track delivery milestones, and coordinate recovery plans.
• Assist with resourcing, capacity conversations, and RFP responses.

Required profile

• Experience working agile across multiple pods and delivering complex projects.
• Strong program management skills, including managing RAID registers and cross‑pod tickets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and ability to translate interdependencies into actionable choices.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.

Required skills

• Agile methodology experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent).
• Data literacy for interpreting delivery metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted delivery workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or ability to learn new technologies quickly.
