Customer Advisor – Azerbaijani (Relocation to Bulgaria)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Advisor who speaks Azerbaijani to join our call‑center team in Bulgaria. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via email, chat and phone while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through email, live chat and telephone.
• Deliver clear, accurate information about our products and services.
• Research customer questions and provide prompt, professional answers.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using our CRM system.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment while also working independently when needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani (C1) and English (advanced).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• High school education or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
