Customer Assistant - Kiosk

About the role

Morrisons is looking for friendly, reliable people to join its team at the Morton Park store in Darlington, working across the store to serve customers. The role is based in the kiosk and is part of a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities. It is a permanent position of 20 hours per week, fully flexible over 7 days, Monday to Sunday between 6am and 10pm.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the store to serve customers in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Support various parts of the store, making it a great role for a team player ready to help wherever needed
• Resolve customer queries and put customers first

Required profile

• A helpful and friendly approach
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on
• Works well in a busy, structured environment
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
• Loves supporting customers and resolving their queries
• Over school-leaver age; roles in kiosks and cash offices require a credit check before joining
