Customer Assistant – Replenishment

About the role

We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our Replenishment team on the shop floor, ensuring shelves are fully stocked with fresh and ambient products. The role involves working in a fast‑paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to keep the store running smoothly for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Stock shelves with fresh and ambient products throughout the store.
• Follow scheduled routines and timed activities to maintain product availability.
• Support other store areas such as Market Street and Customer Service when needed.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to health and safety processes.

Required profile

• Helpful and friendly attitude with a customer‑first mindset.
• Enjoys staying active and working hands‑on.
• Comfortable working in a busy, structured environment.
• Willingness to work early shifts, potentially starting at 4 am.

Required skills

• Ability to use store equipment safely.
