About the role
Join a global facilities management leader as a Customer Care Executive specialising in HVAC. You will act as the key liaison between customers, engineers and operational teams, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and log service requests from customers.
- Coordinate engineers and technical teams to address HVAC issues.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain high service standards.
- Track job progress and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HVAC or building services (essential).
- Background in customer service, help‑desk or service coordination.
- Experience working closely with engineers or technical teams.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting SLAs.
- CAFM or CRM experience is a plus.
