About the role
Manpower is seeking an interim Customer Collaboration Specialist – Supply Chain to support Unilever’s fast‑paced FMCG business. Based in Kingston Upon Thames, the role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position working 36.25 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, with a hybrid mix of remote and onsite work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer‑specific insights and recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and bias for promotional volumes.
- Own volume phasing of promotions and manage short‑term forecast amendments.
- Support order‑to‑delivery processes by supplying information to customer execution teams.
- Lead small‑scale customer projects and collaborate on larger innovation initiatives.
- Utilise SAP, RTVA, PowerBI, MS Office and other systems to analyse data and drive decisions.
Required profile
- Experience in supply chain, forecasting and customer collaboration within an FMCG environment.
- Ability to influence decisions using knowledge of both customer and Unilever supply chains.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
