Customer Contact Advisor (North East England)

About the role

Join a high‑performance team delivering compassionate, professional support to a diverse range of customers in the health and social care sector. As a Customer Contact Advisor you will be the first point of contact, providing advice, handling concerns and ensuring a positive experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships by interacting with customers in a caring and professional manner.
• Provide first‑line resolution for enquiries and concerns, often involving sensitive or emotional information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date organisational knowledge of recent activity within the health and social care sector.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and other communication channels.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult, sensitive and sometimes distressing information.
• Experience working collaboratively in a high‑volume, target‑driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to varied audiences.
