Customer Contact Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Audi dealership in Solihull. Working 40 hours per week across a flexible schedule, you will be the first point of contact for after‑sales customers, helping to book service appointments and resolve enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle after‑sales calls and schedule vehicle service or repairs.
• Accurately input customer details into the system.
• Increase customer retention while ensuring high satisfaction.
• Drive lead conversions and upsell products to prospective customers.
• Initiate problem‑solving in a professional manner.
• Adhere to brand standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Presentable with a strong telephone manner.
• Motivated to provide impeccable customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
