Customer Data Analyst – 3 month internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Data Analyst to join Tallis Amos Group on a three‑month internship in Kemble. You will support the sales and aftermarket teams by consolidating, validating and structuring customer data across multiple CRM platforms, helping the business unlock actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records within our CRM and internal systems.
• Perform data entry and data clean‑up across CRM and supplier software.
• Identify, flag and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps.
• Support data audit activities and ensure data integrity, consistency and accessibility.
• Follow defined data standards and internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint and Excel.
• Experience working with any CRM system; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Background in data entry, administration or system support.
