About the role
Join Santander’s High Wycombe branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to our retail banking customers. Working 35 hours a week on a rotating schedule, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of banking needs, both in‑person and over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or via telephone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and service requests.
- Answer inbound customer calls to the contact centre.
- Build relationships, identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services to support customers effectively.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Flexible approach, comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
- Ability to work in a busy, multi‑skilled branch environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
