Customer Experience Specialist – Commercial Banking

About the role

Join Huntswood as a Customer Experience Specialist supporting high‑profile commercial banking clients through a period of product and payment service change. You will help customers feel confident and informed by delivering clear, expert guidance across phone, chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients navigating changes to financial products and payment services.
• Translate complex processes and regulatory information into simple, understandable explanations.
• Engage with customers professionally via phone, live chat and email, maintaining a high‑quality service experience.
• Handle senior, escalated or sensitive interactions with professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering customer guidance within financial services, especially with complex product or payment queries.
• Background in training or coaching roles in the financial sector.
• Strong communication skills across multiple channels and the ability to adapt tone to each customer.
• Detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy and comfortable using MS Office and internal banking systems.

What we offer

• Day rate of £192 (via Husp Umbrella company).
• Hybrid work model – full‑time office training for one week, then one office day per month with remote work the rest of the time.
• 35‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, flexible shift start between 8 am‑7 pm.
• Initial fixed‑term contract until March 2027 with potential for future opportunities.
• Experience with a leading financial brand on a high‑profile project.
