About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning team in Watford. The position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with hybrid working after an initial training period at the office.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Understand individual customer needs and provide tailored support.
- Respond to incoming emails and return phone calls with required information.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer service role within an office environment.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Administrative experience.
- Team‑player attitude.
- Ability to commute to the Watford office (hybrid working after training).
