Customer Service Administrator – Finance & Fraud Support

About the role

Join a regulated financial services team as a Customer Service Administrator, handling customer contact, finance and fraud‑related checks while ensuring compliance with FCA, Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and live‑chat inquiries professionally.
• Process administrative tasks, including debt management and finance matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Review fraud reports, identify potential concerns and refer cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, log activity and help spot trends such as fraud rings or ghost broker activity.
• Ensure all actions comply with FCA, Consumer Duty and company processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
• Experience working within a regulated environment.
