Customer Service Advisor – Concierge (Leisure Centre)

About the role

GLL is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor (Concierge) for its Newquay Leisure World centre. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, helping them with enquiries, memberships and everyday centre operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors at the front desk.
• Process transactions, set up direct debits and handle cash securely.
• Promote and sell leisure memberships to prospective members.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Prepare studios, gyms and sports halls for activities and maintain a clean environment.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Team‑player who can support colleagues daily.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Experience in administration and cash handling.

• Good IT literacy.
