Customer Service Advisor – Health & Wellbeing

About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor for AXA Health, you will be the first point of contact for customers navigating their healthcare journey. You will provide clear, empathetic advice across phone, email and online channels, helping people make informed decisions about their health and insurance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and support.
• Guide customers through the healthcare process, setting realistic expectations and, when necessary, delivering difficult messages with empathy.
• Maintain and update customer records quickly using multiple internal systems.
• Stay informed about AXA products, policies and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant advice.
• Prioritise the customer’s best interests in every interaction.

Required profile

• Confident, positive communicator with strong listening skills.
• Motivated, customer‑focused attitude and a “can‑do” mindset.
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern (37.5 hours per week) and adapt to hybrid working arrangements.
• No prior experience in finance, insurance or a degree is required.
