Customer Service Advisor – Home Claims

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Home Claims team in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for customers filing home insurance claims, providing reassurance, guidance and empathetic support throughout a stressful process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers about their home insurance claims.
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance and professional support at each stage of the claims journey.
• Manage customer expectations and explain next steps.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Use multiple technology systems to record and process claims accurately and efficiently.
