Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid (Hemel Hempstead)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a well‑established organisation in Hemel Hempstead. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office, and offers a supportive environment where your communication skills and attention to detail will directly impact the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Provide accurate, professional responses and resolve issues at the first point of contact wherever possible.
• Record and maintain up‑to‑date customer information in internal systems.
• Support the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks.
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an office‑based customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Confident, professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and multitask effectively.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
