Customer Service Advisor – Part‑time (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a well‑established business on a part‑time, hybrid basis. You will work 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, delivering high‑quality support to both B2B and B2C customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to successful resolution.
• Handle complaints efficiently, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Process orders, returns, credits and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor back‑orders and recommend suitable alternative products.
• Liaise with Purchasing, Operations, Sales and external suppliers to resolve stock and delivery issues.
• Work with courier partners to investigate and resolve transport queries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product, service and industry developments.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
