Customer Service Advisor – Property Management

About the role

Entwistle Green is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join its Lettings Department in Maghull, supporting landlords, tenants and internal teams. You will act as the primary point of contact for property‑related queries, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve queries from landlords, tenants and colleagues.
• Coordinate urgent and routine repairs, liaising with tradespeople and keeping customers informed.
• Organise safety inspections, oversee remedial works and follow‑up on property visits.
• Provide tenancy support, answer general questions and conduct welcome calls for new customers.
• Maintain service levels, meet KPIs and ensure deadlines are achieved.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who can collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Previous contact‑centre or call‑centre experience is preferred.
