Customer Service Advisor – Spanish Speaking (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This is a fixed‑term position (until 31 January 2027) with LEGO’s Consumer & Shopper Engagement team. You will support LEGO fans worldwide, answering queries in English and Spanish while working in a hybrid model – up to three days remote and two days in the office after training.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customers via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
• Handle order, return, digital‑app, LEGO electronics, brand information and product‑quality inquiries.
• Build positive, engaging relationships with fans.
• Diagnose and resolve brick‑related issues using internal tools and IT resources.
• Adapt to a rotating shift schedule, including occasional weekends.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain a friendly tone.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for LEGO.
