About the role

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be the front‑line of the store, ensuring every visitor enjoys a smooth and friendly experience. Your day will revolve around helping customers, keeping the store tidy and organized, and supporting the team to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain easy‑access parking and trolley availability for shoppers.
• Provide prompt assistance and friendly service at the checkout.
• Ensure stock is correctly placed and deliveries are processed on time.
• Handle payments with a smile and resolve customer queries.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑level customer service.
• Previous experience in a similar retail or customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Willingness to submit an up‑to‑date CV as part of the application.
• Openness to reasonable adjustments during the application or interview process if needed.
