Customer Service Associate – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

Join Greystar’s community team in London as a Customer Service Associate on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help deliver an outstanding resident experience, supporting day‑to‑day property management, marketing, and tenancy administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑of‑house customer service, responding to resident queries and complaints in line with Greystar’s procedures.
• Support community events, activities and maintain relationships with university clients.
• Log maintenance requests, prepare notices, update databases and raise purchase orders.
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as open days, leafleting and sales/leasing activities.
• Handle health and safety compliance tasks and participate in on‑call emergency support.
• Chase rent arrears, promote tenancy extensions and manage tenant refunds.
