Customer Service Associate (Part time) – 24 Hours

About the role

The Customer Service Associate will join Greystar’s Southampton community team on a part‑time, 24‑hour basis. The role focuses on delivering an excellent resident experience through front‑of‑house service, tenancy administration and community support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑of‑house customer service, responding to resident queries and complaints in line with Greystar’s procedures.
• Log maintenance requests, file paperwork, prepare notices and keep resident databases up to date.
• Assist with marketing activities such as open days, leafleting and promoting the property.
• Conduct sales and leasing tasks including viewings, follow‑up enquiries and lease conversions.
• Support community events, university client relationships and local information resources for residents.
• Carry out health‑and‑safety compliance tasks and participate in on‑call emergency support when required.
• Chase rent arrears, promote tenancy extensions and manage purchase orders and tenant refunds.
