Customer Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a dedicated team within a global medical technology manufacturer. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience across order management, support, returns, and escalations while working closely with sales, operations, supply chain and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a customer service team to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Manage order processing, customer inquiries, returns and escalation handling.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial, operations, supply chain and finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement service excellence strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in medical devices, med‑tech or a highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop customer service teams.
• Strong background in handling escalations, service delivery and operational improvement.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with commercial, operations, supply chain and finance functions.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on customer outcomes.
