Customer Service Representative

About the role

This position offers the chance to join a collaborative, supportive team in Cheltenham. You will combine customer service duties with sales administration, developing expertise in CRM systems, sales processes, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer sales records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and ensure timely responses to enquiries.
• Process customer orders and support sales administration tasks.
• Manage inbound queries via phone, email, and chat, delivering high‑quality service.
• Resolve issues efficiently and work closely with the sales team to ensure data accuracy.
• Keep tasks organised with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
