Customer Service Representative – Lloyds Banking Disputes

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join its Lloyds Banking Group Disputes team in Glasgow. You will handle inbound calls, resolve customer disputes, and deliver a high standard of service in a fast‑paced contact‑centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone enquiries related to Lloyds Banking disputes.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and decisions.
• Work flexible operational hours between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
• Complete a two‑week training programme and continue development on‑site or remotely after the initial period.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of telephony experience handling inbound calls.
• Professional, polite telephone manner with strong empathy.
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and make complex decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using call‑centre software and basic computer applications.
• Strong numeracy and problem‑solving abilities.

• Permanent full‑time contract (40 hours per week).
• Starting salary of £27,081.60 per year with enhanced rates for evening shifts.
