Customer Service Representative – Medical Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading medical technology organisation. You will support customers and colleagues across phone, email, chat and other channels, helping to ensure smooth service delivery and better patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, chat and other communication channels.
• Manage customer queries related to returns, repairs, replacements and service requests.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs) and maintain accurate records of returns, repairs and deliveries.
• Schedule field service repair calls and coordinate with internal teams.
• Update databases and ensure service documentation is accurate and accessible.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, including return credits and product enquiries.
• Support process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience, preferably within medical technology or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
