Customer Service Representative (UK)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, linking sales, production and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment. You will champion the customer experience in a fast‑paced construction materials environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take accurate orders, monitor progress and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Drive forward programming by creating FOP, communicate future orders and optimise capacity.
• Liaise with production and dispatch teams to anticipate and resolve supply issues.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, negotiate revisions and manage any changes to programmes.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries or complaints promptly.
• Maintain strict awareness of Health & Safety policies and pursue continuous learning.
