Customer Service Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed Term

About the role

Join a forward‑thinking organisation as a Customer Service Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries from initial contact through to resolution and helping to shape a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email from start to resolution.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and ensure data integrity.
• Support cross‑department collaboration to deliver efficient outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor feedback and meet agreed KPIs and quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, office support or business support.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
