Customer Service Specialist – Work From Home

About the role

Join Teleperformance as a Customer Service Specialist working from home for Lloyds Banking Group's Personal Banking division. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance on a range of banking queries and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from personal banking customers across the UK.
• Assist customers with bank transfers, direct debits, digital banking, and debit‑card issues.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty and guide them through available options.
• Promote self‑service channels such as Internet Banking and ensure customers are aware of digital tools.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with banking regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service or call‑centre environment.
• Professional, polite, and courteous telephone manner.
• Excellent verbal communication in English with strong listening skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and patience.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet performance targets.

• Permanent full‑time role (40 hours per week) with a salary of £26,436.80 per year.
