Customer Service Trainer

About the role

Stericycle is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Trainer to design, develop and deliver high‑impact training programs for our customer service teams. You will play a pivotal role in raising service standards and empowering representatives to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customer service representatives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and tailor solutions.
• Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e‑learning modules and workshop content.
• Facilitate both classroom‑based and virtual training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve representative skills and performance.
• Collaborate with customer service management to align training with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training courses in a corporate environment.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Passion for developing people and a solid background in customer service.
