Customer Services Technician – Multi‑Trade Remedial Role

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Services Technician to join Miller Homes in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will carry out multi‑trade remedial tasks in occupied and unoccupied properties, delivering high‑quality customer service and representing the Miller Homes brand in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Perform work safely and diligently in line with the company SH&E Management System.
• Provide regular status reports to the Central Office Hub for ongoing and completed tasks.
• Maintain a smart appearance and wear appropriate footwear and protective equipment before entering occupied properties.
• Obtain signed satisfaction or completion notifications from customers after remedial work is finished.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with another housebuilder.
• Multi‑skilled with sound knowledge of joinery, general labouring, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating.
• Consistently deliver courteous, exemplary and efficient customer service.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and liaise with various business disciplines.
