About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Sittingbourne. The role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and their queries resolved promptly. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience that supports the company’s mission to improve health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
